<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#f70909 size=5><STRONG>8——龙溪河</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#0938f7 size=4><STRONG>——白沙河是梁平老县城的母亲河，也曾经是一条干净漂亮的绿色河。听七十多岁的老年人讲，他们当小娃儿的时候，经常在这条河里洗澡捞鱼打水仗，他们脑海里保留了多少没好的童年记忆。。。后来的后来，白沙河污水横流，臭气熏人，清澈的河水变得浊黑，白沙河变成了黑沙河（记得八几年读高中时，老师带我们去到土城门外的白沙河淘挖，那味道就已经有些冲鼻子了）。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#0938f7 size=4><STRONG>——后来，这河确实太臭了，政府就把从南门桥到望平楼（原来的县委招待所）到黄果树（这一段是现在的暗桥街）到北门祥和小区到北门桥头段的河面用水泥盖板盖住。。。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#0938f7 size=4><STRONG>——但南门桥头到红中门口段和北门到西门的老一号公路段河面仍然敞起的，依然不好看不好闻。。。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#0938f7 size=4><STRONG>——后来来了个张县长，想把河面整干净，搞了一个污水治理系统，但河里依然污黑。。。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cce8cf" color=#0938f7 size=4><STRONG>——后来来了个代县长，曾设想彻底治理白沙河，像石柱开江学习，掀开盖板，开挖河道，筑坝灌水，河岸遍栽树草（当然，前提是完善污水管道系统），恢复几十年前白沙河“白”的本来面目。。。这是一幅多么美妙的蓝图哇！可是，我们的代县长在梁平驻足的时间太短了（人在江湖啊）。没办法，白沙河依然是黑沙河。。。</STRONG></FONT></P>
