<P>到拉萨快了，过然乌湖后前行约15公里可以去看看米堆冰川，翻过安久拉前面就一直下坡到拉萨了，只是中间要过5013米的米拉山。一路艰难，后面的路很好了，慢慢摇，不要“哗”的一声到了拉萨后想起没在路途上玩而后悔。</P><P>过通麦一线先休息一下，然后一鼓作气骑到鲁朗镇吃石锅鸡。大补哦，不要过量。</P>

<DIV>7.30（D20）八宿—然乌，全程大约90公里，缓上坡69公里，海拨上升1050，下坡21公里，翻越海拨4325的安久拉山。早上7点出发到下午5.30到达然乌，今天的骑行，可谓风云变幻，疾风暴雨，再次被淋得落汤鸡，瓜西西的，川藏线不好玩……出八宿不久，沿途美景1<BR></DIV><P><img border=0 src=http://i.cqlp.cc/attachment/bbsxp/UpAttachment/2013-7/2013730225958CTI26556.jpg></P><P>沿途藏民收获青稞，同收麦子沒什么区别…… </P><P><img border=0 src=http://i.cqlp.cc/attachment/bbsxp/UpAttachment/2013-7/201373023038LDZ26556.jpg></P>
